Electro-Deposition Coated Or Anodised Or Electro-Static Application Woven Aluminium Insect Screen
Aluminum window screen is woven from aluminum wire or aluminum-magnesium alloy wire with square opening mesh. So, aluminum insect screen is also called magnalium wire screen. Its natural color is silver white. And our aluminum window screen can be coated with epoxy coating to green, silver gray, yellow and blue, or with charcoal coated in black color.
Aluminum window screening has many advantages, such as at room temperature does not fall off, high temperature 120°C does not fade, anti-acid and anti-alkali, corrosion resistance, not react with oxidants, suitable for humid environment, not rust or mildew, light weight, good air and light flow, has good toughness and high strength.
Square opening aluminum insect screen is the most popular material used for window or door screening mesh, and screen enclosures against bugs and insects in hotel, restaurant, communal building and residential houses.

The “e-coat” painting process works by applying a liquid pigmented paint using cathode to anode
charges (the paint has one charge and the metal screening another) which makes for a very uniform
coating with good bonding properties. Because of the many atmospheric and environmental conditions (like sea coast and heavily polluted areas) of screen applications, we do not offer a warranty on
aluminum insect screening. It is definitely not recommended where salty sea air is present.
